Looking Back

is a duet based on a written text to which it is also, sometimes, performed. Referencing the myth of Orfeo and Eurydice, this performance translates the timeless struggle between hope and hopelessness within a doomed love relationship. Longing, melancholy, and miscommunication are explored in movement and, depending on the location or setting, also in (live) music, text, film or other media.
